Cross‑Organisational Collaboration​

  • Establish a regular cadence of meetups and webinars connecting DEs across firms and with FINOS projects
  • Produce and publish the first cross‑firm thought leadership articles as CC BY 4.0 resources
  • Develop open‑source engagement guides for DEs newer to open‑source contribution
  • Facilitate connections between FINOS ambassadors and DE SIG members to increase DE engagement with FINOS projects

Outreach Working Group​

  • Expand engagements with charities and social impact organisations
  • Finalise and publish the standard Terms of Engagement template
  • Develop and publish technology landscape review templates and engagement playbooks
  • Capture and share anonymised case studies from outreach engagements

Inclusive Engineering Working Group​

  • Establish mentoring and allyship materials and programme templates
  • Develop Nudge Unit ethical design patterns
  • Publish education and school outreach content

DE Role Definition Working Group (completed)​

  • ✅ Deliver a standard definition for the Distinguished Engineer role in Financial Services

Toolkit​

  • Curate and publish the first version of the Toolkit across all working groups
  • Capture research partnerships and publish summary briefs
  • Publish public talk materials and conference content
